The worst thing is that many do not even realize that they are being bullied.
Bullying includes actions such as making treats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, and excluding someone from a group on purpose”. The viewpoint that everyone goes through it as some point and it makes them a stronger person, is damning.

Boyd (2014) states, “Although scholars have examined different aspects of youth-related meanness and cruelty over the past four decades, there is no universal definition of bullying” (p.131).As an adolescent, I am truly concerned with what is happening on the Internet.My classmates, my friends and I can also become the victims of cyber bullying.According to Mishna (2012), “Children cannot so readily be laced into a category such as “the bully” or “the victim’”.However, there are some general characteristics and behaviors that children who bully may exhibit.Today we are all wired to the Internet and technologies.The world that once could not imagine the possibility to talk to a person in a different country sitting at home, now can see a person and communicate with them as if they are talking face-to-face.The Internet opened the world of unique opportunities and possibilities, as well as of new dangers.Nowadays, we face a new way of bullying that is cyber bullying.Often bullies are insensitive to how their actions and behaviors.They pick on and tease others with little to no regard to it may make someone feel.
