The personal statement, your opportunity to sell yourself in the application process, generally falls into one of two categories: 1.

Say, for example, you’re a consultant who loves photography and you want to highlight that you’re innovative.

You could write about pursing creative solutions to problems in your career and trying to help others see the world in a different way through your photos.
